Vidi Ltd. respects all private information provided by our visitors on our website. All details are used for business purposes only. The information requested is needed by our company to confirm orders and enquires.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All orders should be checked upon delivery/pickup. If a client feels that product does not match the expectation, they should contact our team via email on admin@vidi.com.mt. Given our type of business, items cannot be returned nor exchanged once delivered and approved.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A client has the right to cancel any order and receive a full refund if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to delivery/pickup date & time.

If cancellation is made within 72 hours of arranged pickup/delivery date & time, a full payment is requested of the client.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds are placed within 14 days of acceptance.

 

ORDERS

All individual items have a quantity of 1. All set menu packages have a quantity item of 1, unless stated otherwise in the menu.

Orders should be placed at least 24 hours ahead of desired delivery/pick up time.

Orders can be delivered, or picked up.

Free delivery in Malta with orders above €15. If one wishes for delivery but doesn’t exceed the minimum of €15, a €10 charge is applied for delivery service.

ALLERGENS

Allergens used on a daily basis in our kitchen include dairy, gluten & nuts amongst others. We cannot guarantee no traces of allargens in our meals. All costumers must be aware of the risk.

For gluten & lactose free items, one can view our individual list and set menu packages.

 

 

PAYMENTS

We do not keep records of any information provided with regards to card/bank details. All payments are processed through a third-party company (www.stripe.com).

 

DELIVERY

We offer free delivery to Malta on orders with a minimum of €15. If order does not exceed €15 but client wishes for delivery service to Malta, a €10 charge is applied.

Prior delivery, our delivery person will be given contact information, and he/she will be in contact with client.

 

For Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve, delivery and pick up is available from 10am to 4 pm.

For Christmas Day & New Year’s Day, delivery and pick up are not available.

 

FOOD

Food is delivered cooked but not warm. For warm deliveries, one must contact our office via email on admin@vidi.com.mt

Food order should be consumed on day of delivery.

All food items should be kept refrigerated.

All items which need to be heated, should be set in an oven at 180֯ C for 3-5 minutes.
